Ingredients
1 lbs Salmon1/4 cup Pineapple JuiceJuice of 1 Lemon2 tbspBrown Sugar3/4 tspCumin4 tsp Chili Powder
Directions
Mix the first two ingriedents and marinate fish in it for 1 hour... Flip occasionally.... discard juices
Mix the other ingredients and rub fish with ithe mixture.....let stand for extra flavor or put directly on the grill!!

    This recipe is super flavorful! I marinated the salmon with mango nectar (because that's just what I had at the time) overnight and then baked the salmon in a shallow baking dish with the juices. It definitely tastes like a Hawaiian barbecue. Great recipe! - 6/20/09
