LoCal Bran Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup Wheat Flour1.5 cup Wheat Bran1 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp Baking Soda1 Egg (large).5 cup Molasses2 tbsp Olive Oil.75 cup Skim Milk.5 cup Raisins
Directions
Measure raisins and cover with water. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Combine dry ingredients and blend together. Combine wet ingredients and mix. Slowly add dry ingredient mix until well mixed. Drain raisins and fold into combined mix. Spoon into muffin tins and bake at 425 degree oven for 10 minutes.
