2 cups Peaches (preferrably fresh when in season or frozen otherwise)3 TBs. Smart Balance Spread 2 Tbs. Honey1 extra large egg2 packets Instant Oatmeal (1 cup)1/4 c. Whole Wheat Flour3 Tbs. Splenda
Add peaches, honey, and spread to saucepan and cook on medium high, stirring once or twice for about 3 minutes or until peaches soft.
Pour peach mixture into oven safe container.
In a blow mix remaining ingedients. Pour batter over peaches.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until batter is cooked through by testing with toothpick/knife inserted into center.
