1 serving Veggie Sausage Patties2 cups 365 Everyday Value Organic Whole Grain Brown Rice (Whole Foods brand)1 Baby Spinach with Sesame Soy Vinaigrette and Peanuts
Directions
Prepare the brown rice according to the package directions. Set aside. Microwave the spinach only of one Baby Spinach salad. If desired, cut spinach into bite size portions. Microwave the sausage. Combine all cooked. Add salad dressing and peanuts (if desired).
