Ingredients
cake:2 eggs2 cups sugar1 can Crushed Pineapple Large w/ juice2 tsp vanilla2 Tbsp Canola Oil2 cups flour2 tsp baking soda1 cup chopped walnutsIcing:1 stick margarine8 oz cream cheese1/2 cup brown sugar packed1/2 cup sugar1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cake:

Cream eggs and sugar. Add rest of the ingredients stirring well. Pour into a greased
9x12 pan and bake for 40 minutes.

Remove from oven and cool completely.

Icing:

cream margarine and cream cheese together. Add sugars and vanilla and blend until light and fluffy.

Frost cooled cake.

    This has been a family favorite for years, minus the oil. I don't know how the name came about. I'm Polish so whatever the event is, that's what I call it (Polish Christmas Cake, Polish Baby Shower Cake, etc.). - 12/27/10

    I need # of oz for this cake the middle was runny so I droped the temp to 250 for 10 min every one at a party said it was great but I think the extra time made it dry pease put oz size for crushed pineapple. - 10/13/07
