Ham and Vegetable Stew

Ingredients
1/4 cup fat reserved after baking ham1 onion2 celery stalks, diced2 carrots, diced1/4 C flour4 potatoes, peeled and diced2 C leftover baked ham8 cups chicken broth2/3 cup nonfat dry milk1 can corn
Directions
Melt fat in pan. Saute onion and celery until soft. Add carrots and saute 5 min more. Stir in flour until it is all moist. Add potatoes and chicken broth. Simmer until potatoes and carrots are done. Add ham, and corn. Remove about 2 cups of broth from the stew and put it into the blender with the dry milk. Process. Return to pot. Heat through. This makes 10 one cup servings.
