White Bean Dip - like Hummus

2 cans (8 cups) of Great Northern Beans, drained and rinsed1-2 cloves of raw garlic, choppedjuice of 1 lemon1-2 tsp of olive oil1-2 cup feta cheese, crumbled1 Tbsp. of dill1 Tbsp. of oregano
In your food processor, combine the beans, garlic, lemon juice, feta cheese and olive oil. Combine until the mixture is like a paste. Add dill, oregano, salt & pepper to taste. Mix well, tasting as you go.
It's great served with pita wedges and whole wheat crackers. To make it more decorative, spread on a large plate and trim the plate with diced tomatoes and diced kalamata olives.
