Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
3 cups whole strawberries1 cup 1% milk1 large egg1/2 strawberry yogurt1/2 tsp. cod liver oil (optional)1 small banana2 scoops protein powder (Brad Kings ultimate whey protein, unflavoured)3/4 tbsp. agave nectar (sweetener, also optional)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a blender or food processor until throughly blended. Pour into 3 glasses and enjoy!
