It is hard to get 2x3 portions when breaking it up, that was an average. I just weighed it for you, about 50 grams per 2x3 piece. Hope that helps.

I thought this site was a health site?? This is the worst recipe for people trying to be healthy - 4/26/09

If you will read the description, I said it was totally fattening, but good for a rare treat. This is a healthy eating site and if you will look at most of the recipes I submit, 99% are healthy. Even healthy eaters need a RARE treat sometimes. Sorry you didn't approve.

I make this with mixed chocolate and butterscotch chips. It is amazing, a rare treat!! I use butter to grease the foil before laying down the saltines. I'm not sure if you meant to add that step, or if the foil would peel off just fine without. Does anybody else not bother to grease the pan? - 4/25/09

I have made this recipe using several different kinds of morsels, but our family favorite combination is peanut butter and chocolate. I don't butter the foil first, there seems to be enough butter in it for the foil to peel off easily. Thanks for your comments!

Lots of different ways to make this, I think that is why it is so popular. Glad you were pleased. We love it too! My scrapbooking customers EXPECT it at EVERY workshop I host. Enjoy!
