Fresh Spinach, 105 gramsEggs, 4 largeGarlic, 1 clove, crushedsalt and pepper to tasteCheddar cheese, 55 grams
Line bread loaf tray with parchment paper (could take a bit of folding). Fill loaf pan with fresh spinach. Beat four eggs in medium bowl. Crush garlic and add to eggs. Add salt and pepper to eggs. Push spinach down as much as possible in loaf pan. Pour egg mixture over spinach evenly. Cover as much as possible with grated cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 12-14 minutes. Cool and slice to serve.
