Ingredients
1 cup butter or margarine1 cup brown sugar splenda2 large eggs2tsp. Vanilla1.5cups full-fat soy flourpinch of salt4Tbs. cocoa
Directions
Cream butter and brown sugar together. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well. Add flour, salt, and cocoa, beat until well blended. If it seems a little stiff add a small amount of soy or regular milk. Spread into a 9x 13 greased pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes.325 degrees.
