Actually and lean meat-1 1/2 lbs.Green pepper-1/2 cupchopped onions-3 oz.tomato sauce-3 cupsgarlic salt-1/2 tsp.onion salt -1/2 tsp.oregano-1/2 tsp.pepper-1/4 tsp.cooked noodles-3 cupsgrated cheddar cheese-4 oz.grated parmesan cheese-2 oz.mushrooms-1/2 cup
Brown meat. Combine meat green pepper,onion,spices and tomato sauce. Simmer 15 minutes over low heat. Place cooked noodles on bottom of 9 x 13 sprayed pan.pour mixture over top. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min. Cool. Enjoy!
