Salmon with Brown Sugar Glaze

Ingredients
Salmon (3-4 oz fillet)1 T packed brown sugar1/2 T Dijon mustardSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat broiler and set about 6 inches from heat source.

Season salmon with salt and pepper to taste. Whisk brown sugar and mustard together, spoon over salmon.

Broil 10-15 minutes or until done.

For four servings, use 1/4 c brown sugar and 2 T mustard.
