Spagetti Sauce

Ingredients
2 pounds lean ground beef1 green pepper finely chopped2 cans - 15 oz each - tomatoe sauce2 cans - 12 oz each - tomatoe paste3 cups of water1 tbsp sugar1 tsp oregano leaves2 cloves garlic, crushed1 bay leaf, crumbled2 tbsp chili powder1 tbsp salt
Directions
Cook and stir meat and onions until meat is brown and onions is tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer one and a half hours stirring occasionally. Makes 16 one 1-cup-servings.
