2 eggs, beaten.5 cup unsweetened applesauce.33 cup brown sugar, packed2 tsp baking powder.25 tsp salt3 cups Quaker, or other, uncooked oats.33 cup raisins2 tsp cinnamon
Oven to 375°. Makes 9 servings.
Mix all the wet ingredients. Stir in the dry ingredients, mix well.
Pam a 8x11 pan, spread, push in batter. Bake about 30 minutes or until done.
Cool and cut
