Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
1 and 1/2 cups rolled oats2 cups buttermilk1/2 cup flour1 tsp sugar1 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda2 beaten eggs
Directions
Combine oats and buttermilk. Let stand for 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Cook as usual for pancakes.

Add cinnamon, chopped apples or nuts if desired.

Makes 8-12 pancakes depending on size.
