Shrimp Pizza

Ingredients
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese1 piece of flatbread (I use Flatout)1 c. cooked salad shrimp1/2 c. diced tomatoes
Directions
Put shrimp in a steamer and cook. While shrimp is cooking, take 1/4 c. of mozzarella and 1/2 c. diced tomatoes and spread out onto flatbread. After shrimp is done cooking, add onto the cheese and tomatoes. Add other 1/4 c. of mozzarella on top of this. Put into toaster over until cheese melts. Cut into pieces and enjoy!
