Lemoney baked Chicken thighs

Ingredients
495 g Chicken thighs (appr. 4 small thighs)50 g Dised raw onion50 g Dised raw green pepper1 tbls Fresh squized lemon juice2 tbls Light mayonaiseChicken spices
Directions
Spray pan whith spray and cook.
Fry onions and green pepper and place aside.
Microwave chicken for appr. 10 minutes.
In shallow dish spray with spray and cook and place chicken thighs in dish.
Mix onions, green pepper, lemon juice, mayo and spices together and spread over chicken.
Preheat oven to 295 degrees.
Place in preheated oven for half an hour.
Makes 4 servings.
