Lowfat Cheese and Spinach Manicotti

Ingredients
Healthy Harvest whole grain lasagna, 6.5 oz*Kroger Lowfat Cottage Cheese, 0.5 cup *Ricotta cheese, fat-free, 5 ozLow fat cream cheese, .5 cup*Spinach, cooked, 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated, .10 cupTomato Paste, .5 can (6 oz) Garlic, 3 cloves
Directions
Dice garlic add to tomato paste. Add 2cups of water stirr and heat to a simmer

Cook noodles.

Mix cheeses together then add spinach and mix again.

cut noodles in half. To each half add 2 T of cheese mix. Roll up.

Put olive oil in bottom of baking dish. Add rolled up noodles. Cover with tomato sause. Cook untill bubbley.
