Morning "apple pie" breakfast oats

Ingredients
* Oats, 1/2 cup * Apples, fresh, 1 small, chopped * Vanilla Extract 1/2 tsp * Vanilla Yogurt 1/4 cup * 10 chopped pecans * A sprinkling of cinnamon
Directions
1) Boil 1 cup water, cinnamon, chopped apples & vanilla, until the apples are nice & soft.

2) Add oats & leave for 5 minutes.

3) Pour into bowl & top with vanilla yogurt & chopped pecans.
