Ingredients
1 cup brown rice2 cups water2 cups frozen mixed vegetables1 tsp Wylers chicken granules
Directions
Bring water to a boil, add rice and chicken granules, cook on low 40-45 minutes, until almost done. Cook frozen mixed vegetables separately, in microwave or pan on stove top. Stir vegetables into rice, cook over low heat 5 min. Makes 8 1/2 cup servings.
