Belgian Everyday Waffles

Ingredients
1/4 cup cider vinegar in 2 cups milk1-3/4 cup all purpose flour2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1/2 cup Canola oil2 egg yolks2 egg whites beaten stiff
Directions
Add the vinegar to the milk first.
Assemble the dry ingredients in a separate bowl
seperate the eggs and beat the egg whites stiff
add the liquid to the dry and mix
add the stiff egg whites to the mix ans beat wit ha fork until smooth.
Cook in waffle iron until golden brown - wait for steam to die down but still be there
Makes 6 waffles
