Ingredients
Pillsbury Cranberry Quick Bread mix.1/3 cup of All Whites 100% Liquid Egg Whites1/3 Applesauce, unsweetened1 cup Milk, 1%
Directions
Follow the Pillsbury Quick Bread mix directions. Use 1.3 cup of applesauce, unsweetened instead of 1/3 cup of oil. Use 1/3 cup of 100% Egg Whites instead of 2 Large Eggs. If you use a different egg substitute follow the directions for the quantity of liquid egg whites for 2 large eggs. Add 1 cup of 1 % Milk. Mix as the directions on the quick bread mix indicate. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-25 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Makes 12 small muffins. Cool 2 to 3 minutes in the pan.
