Pasta Salad

Ingredients
1 - 450 g package of Rotini Pasta1 Carrot, grated5 green onions chopped4 dill pickles chopped fine4 sprigs of fresh dill2 cups Frozen Fresh Peas, rinsed well to defrost.
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions.
While Pasta is cooking, prepare the vegetable ingredients - grate the carrot, chop the pickles & green onions & dill. Rinse the Frozen peas in warm (not hot) water.
In another bowl, mix the yogurt & the mayonnaise together well. For a added flavour, mix in 1 tbsp of the pickle juice.
Once the pasta is cooked, Rinse well in cold water. Mix well with all the ingredients.
Makes approximately 12 cups of prepared pasta salad, 1 cup per serving.
