stuffed green pepper casserole

Ingredients
1 lb extra lean ground beef1 cup instant brown rice2 red bell pepper cut into strips1 cup beef broth1 14 oz can of tomatoes1 tsp cumin1 tsp chili powder1 cup reduced fat chedder cheese
Directions
Brown ground beef. Add peppers and saute until crisp tender. Add tomatoes, broth, cumin, chili powder, rice. Transfer into casserole dish and top with cheese. Bake in the oven 15-20 minutes.
