Broccoli, mushroom, onion puff pastry slices

pepperige farms puff pastry - 2 sheets (1 box)broccoli - 255 gramsonion - 230 gramsgarlic - 16 gramsmushrooms white - 76 gramsportabella mushrooms - 76 gramsoptional: parmesan or asiago cheese - 3 oz.
Thaw pastry sheets as directed on package. Sautee veggies.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Unroll pastry sheet, roll out slightly .
Spread veggies over pastry and roll into log.
Wrap with wax paper and freeze until firm.
Cut into 20-25 slices.
Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 400 for 15 minutes or golden brown.
Optional: Sprinkle with parmesan/asiago cheese during last 5 minutes.
