Ingredients
Directions
2 cups green beans1/2 cup tomatoe sauce1/8 cup beef stock2 tsp garlic powderRed pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to taste
Make sure green beans are trimmed and washed. Heat four cups water to boil. Toss in green beans. Cook for ten to fifteen mintues. I like my still firm, with a bite to them. In small nonstick skillet, add tomato sauce, beef stock, garlic and red pepper flakes. Bring to a boil, set heat at medium high and let simmer so sauce can thicken and come together. Drain green beans, plate and pour sauce over top. Enjoy.
