Taco Salad

Ingredients
2 tomatoes, diced1 cup 2% shredded cheddar cheese1 onion, chopped1 bag salad mix1 pound extra lean ground beef, cooked/drain8 oz. Catalina or French dressing, fat-free1/2 bag Baked! Tostio ScoopsFat-free or Low-fat sour cream for garnish
Directions
Combine tomatoes, cheese, onion, lettuce, and ground beef in a large bowl. Add the entire 8 oz of dressing and mix well. Crush chips just enough to break them into smaller pieces. JUST BEFORE SERVING, add chips, tossing to combine with other ingredients. Garnish with sour cream. Makes 6 servings, about 2 cup portions.
