Quick Stovetop Granola

Ingredients
2 cups quick cooking oats2 tablespoons brown sugar2 tablespoons honey1 tablespoon butter1/4 cup slivered almonds2 tablespoons raisins2 tablespoon flaked coconut
Directions
In a large non stick skillet, toast oats over medium heat until golden brown. Remove from heat and set a side. In the same skillet, cook and stir the brown sugar, honey, and butter until bubbly, about 1 to 2 minutes.
Stir in almonds, raisins, coconut and oats until coated. Cool. Store in an air tight container.
