Rosemary Citrus Orange Roughy

Ingredients
4-8 Orange Roughy Fillets (I used 6 for entering the recipe)3 Garlic Cloves1 can Condensed Frozen Orange JuiceDried Rosemary (fresh is probably better!)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375.
Spray baking pan with non stick cooking spray.
Place fillets into pan. Spoon condensed orange juice over the fillets (one large spoonful per fillet is good). Mince the garlic and sprinkle on the fillets. If you like garlic, feel free to add more. Sprinkle the rosemary on the fillets, to taste.

Bake 30-35 minutes, or until fish flakes easily.
