Penne with a Tomato & Chilli Tuna Sauce

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil 1 onion, finely sliced 1-2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 425g can chopped tomatoes 1 tbsp tomato paste ¼ tsp dried chilli flakes 180g can Tuna in Brine, drained ½ cup fresh basil leaves 200g penne pasta, cooked and drained
Directions
1. Heat oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat and sauté onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes or until tender.
2. Add tomatoes, paste and chilli flakes. Simmer for 6-8 minutes.
3. Stir in the Tuna and basil. Season to taste and spoon sauce over cooked penne. Serve.
