Rice Vermicelli Garlic Salad

Ingredients
One package of rice vermicelli (i like brown)olive oilrice vinegar1/2 tsp salt1 tsp pepper3-5 garlic cloves, crushed1/4 cup parmesan cheese (i like reduced fat versions)
Directions
Cook rice vermicelli as per instructions on package
Combine equal measurements of oil and vinegar in a bowl (normally 8tbsp of each if you are doing a whole package of noodles)
add salt, pepper & garlic to taste.
After draining rice noodles, add the dressing and parmesan cheese. mix well.
season to taste. (eg. too vinegary? add more oil. too oily? add vinegar.)
