Salisbury Steak

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs ground beef1/2 cup bread crumbs1 egg1 can cream of mushroom soup1/4 cup water1/4 cup onion, diced3/4 TB Salt
Directions
Mix ground beef with bread crumbs, chopped onion, egg, salt, and 1/4 cup mushroom soup. Form mix into patties. Lightly brown on both sides in vegetable oil in a large heavy skillet. While patties are browning mix 1/4 cup water with rest of mushroom soup, pour over patties, cover and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes or until beef is cooked thoroughly.
