Sliced Carrot Salad

Ingredients
2 pounds carrots, thinly sliced1 green pepper, diced.1 medium onion, diced or grated.1 can tomato soup1/2 cup oil1 cup sugar1/2 cup vinegar
Directions
1. Cook carrots until tender, drain completely.
2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well.
3. Store in covered container in refrigerator over night.

The Carrot Salad keeps very well. In fact it tastes better as it ages for the flavors keep mixing.
