* 1/2 cup nonfat milk * 1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt (I use greek) * 1 serving powdered protein supplement * 1 1/2 tablespoons flax seed (optional) * 1 teaspoon honey * 1 cup frozen strawberries
Directions
In a blender, blend the milk, yogurt, protein supplement, flax seed, honey, and strawberries until smooth.
