Summer Squash 1/4 mediumGreen Peppers 1/4 mediumCapers, canned, 1 tbsp, drainedYellow Mustard, 1 tspSpinach, fresh, 1 cup Zucchini 1/4 mediumMozzarella Cheese, part skim milk 1 oz (1 slice)Bacon, 2 slices, cooked Hard Boiled Egg, 1 largeLarge Whole Wheat Low Carb TortillaOlive oil, 1/2 tbspdash Basildash Oreganodash Cumindash Garlic Saltdash Black Pepperdash Italian Seasoningdash Mrs Dash
Saute squash, zucchini, peppers, capers and spices with olive oil until tender (about 5 minutes). Wrap all ingredients up like a taco and serve warm. Makes 1 wrap.
