Ingredients
3c. ~ Iceberg Lettuce (salad), Chopped 0.5c ~ Celery (raw), Diced 0.5c ~ Peas0.5c ~ Scallions ,Chopped 2 Large ~ Eggs, Hard-boiled, Chopped3 Strips ~ Bacon, Cooked, Chopped1c ~ Fat Free Mayo4tsp ~ Splenda1c ~ Chedder Cheese, Shredded
Directions
In small bowl, mix Mayo and Splenda together. Cover and refridgerate until needed.

In large bowl, evenly layer ingredients in this order:
~ Lettuce
~ Celery
~ Peas
~ Scallions
~ Hard-boiled Eggs
~ Bacon
~ Mayo/Splenda Mixture
~ Sprinkle with Chedder Cheese

Cover and refridgerate until ready to eat.

Makes 6 1-cup servings.
