Ingredients
1.5 c whole wheat flour3 t baking powder.25 t salt1 T oil1 c fat free buttermilk
Directions
sift flour, combine all ingredients. Makes thick gooey substance. Lightly flour a surface, place dough on it. Knead lightly, flatten to desired thickeness, cut biscuits with cutter or glass. My biscuit cutter is about 2 in. This made 13 biscuits for me.
