Southwest Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1/2 cup lime juice2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil4 med. garlic cloves, minced8 tablespoons chopped cilantro1 tsp chilli powder1 tsp ground cuminNon stick cooking oil4 5-oz chicken breast, skinless, boneless1 15oz can vlack beans, drained4 med roma tomatoes, diced4 cups romaine lettuce
Directions
Place lime juice, olive oil, garlic, cilantro, chilli powder, and cumin in a closed jar. Shake until well mixed.
Lightly coat grill with nonstick cooking spray, heat, and grill the chicken until done. Slice into 1-inch strips.
Mix together the chicken, beans, tomatoes,lettuce, and jar mixture, and serve.
