3 lb chuck roast15 oz. can tomato sauce1/3 c. brown sugar1 tsp mustard powder1/2 c. chopped onion1 tsp garlic powder2 tsp chili powder2 T flour
Rub the flour into the roast, then place in crock post. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl. Pour over roast.
Cook on high for 2-4 hours or on low for 6-8. Shred meat and serve on buns, as a topping on pizza, plain with corn, or however you want!
