Ingredients
Ingredients: Tuna, Canned in Water, 1 cup, solid or chunks (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 20 strips (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded or chopped (remove)Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 2 tbsp (remove)Bread, pita, whole-wheat, 1 pita, small (4" dia) (remove)Garlic, 1 clove (remove)Cabbage, red, fresh, 0.5 cup, shredded (remove)
Directions
Chop the onions into small tiny pieces

Add all the ingredients and toss together with crushed garlic clove, mayonnaise and olive oil.

You may squeeze half alemon for a sour taste.

Serve with Pita bread either fresh or dried in oven.

Makes an excellent side dish with pasta or sea food
