Crustless Ground Buffalo Pizza

Ingredients
12 oz. cooked ground buffalo20 Hormel pepperoni slices1 cup favorite pasta sauce (I used Kroger brand chunky tomato)I cup cleaned sliced baby portabella mushrooms4 oz. or 1 cup of part skim shredded mozzerella cheese1/2 cup slicd green pepper1/2 cup sliced onion1 tablespoon sliced green olive
Directions
Preheat oven to 425.

While oven is preheating spray sides of cast iron skillet with oil to coat so cheese doesn't stick. Layer precooked ground buffalo in bottom of skillet. Add sliced pepperoni on top. Coever with 1 cup pasta sauce. Sprinkle on cheese. Place green olives, mushrooms, onion and peppers on top. Place in oven and bake until cheese is brown and sauce is bubbling. Enjoy.
