* Blue Bird Dessert Cakes (6 in pack) * Strawberries, fresh, 3 cup, sliced * *Cool Whip Lite, 6 serving ** 4 pack of NATURAL TASTE SUGAR substitute
PREPARE STRAWBERRIES BY WASHING VERY GOOD AND SLICE THEM OVER THE BOWL YOU ARE GOING TO KEEP THEM IN SO THE JUICES WILL FALL INTO THE BOWL. ONCE ALL ARE SLICED, POUR OPENED PACKS OF SUBSTITUTE SUGAR. STIR. SET IN REFRIGERATOR FOR OVER NIGHT. STIR OFTEN AND THEN LET SET OVER NIGHT. STIR AGAIN BEFORE USING. NEXT DAY SET EACH DESSERT CAKE IN A SMALL DISH SPOON ABOUT 1/4 CUP OF STRAWBERRIES OVER EACH CAKE. SPOON 2 TABLESPOONS OF COOL WHIP LITE. SERVE WITHIN 20 MINS. YOU CAN MAKE UP ALL 6 AND PLACE THEM IN A SMALL (WASHED OUT)BUTTER BOWL , PLACE A PIECE OF SARAN WRAP OVER THE BOWL AND THEN PLACE THE LID ON AND PUT IN FREEZER UNTIL READY TO USE.
