Taro & Sweet Potato with crazy curry sauce

* Sweet potato 1 cup chunks * Taro, 1 cup, chunks * Garlic, 1 clove * Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp * Sesame Oil, 1 1tsp * Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tsp * Dijon Mustard, 2 tsp * Honey Mustard, 1 tsp * Curry powder, 1 tbsp * Pepper, red or cayenne, 0.5 tsp * Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped * Yogurt, plain, low fat, 0.25 cup (8 fl oz) * Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 0.25 cup
1. boil taro & sweet potato until done but not too soft. remove roots and reduce liquid for sauce, reserve.
Sauce:
2. Heat sesame with garlic, until fragrant.
3. add: soy sauce, worcestershire, mustard, curry, cayenne. simmer.
4. Add roots and continue cooking until done.
Mix with onions & garbanzo beans (can be added during cooking or not) and top with yogurt.
