4 tomatoes diced 1 bunch cilantro or parsley chopped 1 small onion finely diced 1 jalapeño pepper minced salt and fresh ground pepper to taste juice of 1 lime
Directions
mix all ingredients and serve with pita or corn chips. if you like it hotter a dash or two of your favorite hot sauce may be added
