Easy Italian Skillet Chicken

4 boneless skinless chicken breast1 can( 14.5 oz) Italian diced tomato1 can( 2.25 oz) sliced black olive2 tbsp olive oil2 oz mozzerella cheese
In skillet, cook chicken breast in olive oil. When chicken is almost done, add all other ingredients( except mozzerella cheese) in skillet. Simmer for 15-20 min. Spoon mixture over the top of chicken. Sprinkle with mozzerella cheese and cover until cheese is melted. For an additional 210 calories and 1.5 grams of fat, serve over 2oz whole wheat spaghetti. 4 servings.
