Turkey meatballs

Ingredients
* *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz (remove) * Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove) * Parmesan Cheese, grated, .33 cup (remove) * Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, .33 cup (remove) * Pepper, black, .5 tsp (remove) * Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp (remove) * Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
Directions
makes 16-24 meat balls depending on how big or small you like your meatballs.
Mix all ingredients together and form into balls. Drop into simmering sauce and cook covered 20 minutes or until no longer pink.
