Microwave Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
4 medium potatoes1/3 1% milk1/2 cup water
Directions
Leaving the skins on, cut the potatoes 1/2 inch cubes. Place in a 2 quart glass microwave safe caserole dish with 1/2 cup of water. Cover the casserole with plastic wrap and vent holes in the plastic. Mic on high for six minutes, then stire once and microwave on high again for about 5 minutes or until they are fork tender. Remove from microwave.

In a microwave safe cup, microwave the milk on high fro 45 seconds. Add milk to the potoatoes and mash with a masher and fluff with a fork.
