Ingredients
Can of Coconut MilkCurry Paste, 2 tbspBroccoli, 2 cups choppedScallions, 4-5 bunchesGreen Pepper, 1 cut into stripsSeasame Oil 1 tbspOlive oil, 2 tbspWhite Rice
Directions
Cook rice according to package. Cook vegetables in wok or large frying pan with olive oil. Add coconut milk and curry paste to vegetables after 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Add seasame oil, sit and serve over cooked rice.
