Chicken patty

2 cups cooked chicken breasts cubed1/4 cup onion1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese1 egg1/2 teaspoon Ground flax seed mealSeason Salt just to tastePam cooking spray
I cut up the chicken breasts first then cooked on George Forman grill, Then I used a hand chopper to chop cooked chicken really small. (optional)
Add the onion, cheese, egg, flax seed, season salt. Mix well.
Spray hot skillet with pam cooking spray or use olive oil. Then form chicken mix into a "patty / burger" and place in hot pan until lightly brown. Flip patty over and cook other side.
You could change for many options.
We had these with a Large salad and was a great dinner.
You could serve on buns like a burger, We thought it may taste really good topped with a salsa.
